This book started off with some valuable information about the benefit of different spices, dark chocolate, fruits and vegetables.
Yes, there are plenty of good recipes but the only problem is that they contain a lot of foods that I don't really like. Not sure that I could make the changes needed. On the upside there is several dessert recipes that look good if you like dark chocolate.
I especially appreciated the information about the benefits of Turmeric. Turmeric (Curcumin) is said to be a strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent.
