As if losing your memory isn't bad enough. As if, being in a horrific accident where someone died isn't enough. As if an ex-boyfriend who doesn't want to stay an ex, isn't enough. There are other strange things happening around India. There is also the strong attraction to Lucas that she can't fully explain, and he's also fighting that same attraction. Because now that they are working together on a project, they have to keep things strictly professional. He's her boss on this and she really needs this job. Its just too bad Lucas has kept so many secrets from India. You just know they are going to bite him in the butt at the worst possible time. There were several people who were on my "suspects list" as I read this story. The author gave plenty of twists and turns to the story and she had me guessing all over the place. I finally settled on just one person and I was right, but the motive? No way was I right about that, not even close. It was a stunner, at least to me. Anyone who has ever read a review by me knows I freaking Love that! The twists, the turns, the red herrings, and the surprise at the end!
On a side note: Thinking, "Not going there", is a good phrase when someone is blocking off their internal thoughts. But, it just felt like it was a little bit overused, it became a little distracting a few times.
