"Now is the Time - A Time of Activation and Release"
A Vision of New Ministry Areas and Assignments
Recently, I have heard the Spirit of God say, "Now is the time!" On a recent morning, as I was praying into this, the Lord gave me a vision of people kneeling in prayer. They had their hands outstretched and open, and I knew they were expectantly waiting for the Lord to place something into their hands. They were humbling themselves before the Lord and were steadfastly waiting on Him and His timing.
The Lord drew my attention to the people's hands, and I noticed each person was wearing a beautiful, gemstone ring. Each ring was different, but each was radiant and I could tell each person treasured the ring they had been given, as it had been given to them by Jesus. They were "signature" rings showing the person was a son or daughter of the King. The people wearing the rings were confident in their identity in Christ and the Lord's love for them.
I then saw Jesus sit in front of each one. He said, "Now is the time," and He placed an item into their hands. He then tenderly whispered into their ear and I knew He was giving them revelation on the item He had given them and how they were to steward and use the item. Some people were given new shoes, others were given pens, others coats and still others were given megaphones. The shoes represented new walks and new levels of authority that the Lord was giving to many people. He was leading them into new ministry areas and assignments.
I then saw Jesus sit in front of each one. He said, "Now is the time," and He placed an item into their hands. He then tenderly whispered into their ear and I knew He was giving them revelation on the item He had given them and how they were to steward and use the item. Some people were given new shoes, others were given pens, others coats and still others were given megaphones. The shoes represented new walks and new levels of authority that the Lord was giving to many people. He was leading them into new ministry areas and assignments.
The people who were given pens were stepping into creative projects that the Lord was directing them into. I felt there would be an increase in creative endeavors such aswriting and artistic assignments. When the Lord gave people new coats these represented new spiritual positions and anointing (mantles). (Photo via Wikipedia)Lastly, the megaphones that were handed to people represented an increase in the area ofinfluence and impact these people would have in their God-given assignments. The megaphones were allowing a much greater number of people to hear the message the Lord had given these people to release.
The Lord then spoke to me and said, "Now is the time. It is a time of activation and release. I am releasing My ministers of fire to bring My glory to the earth. These are the ones that have been purified in the fire. They burn with love for Me and they burn with the power of My Spirit."

God Will Provide Everything You Need
The Lord then showed me more of the vision and I saw some of the people who had been handed items by Jesus were hesitating to step out and use them. They were listening to the lie of the enemy that said they weren't qualified or equipped for what the Lord had revealed and given to them.
The Lord is wanting you to know that He will provide everything you need in order for you to complete the plans and purposes He has for you. He will guide you continuously, every step of the way (Isaiah 58:11). Listen only to His voice, be led by the Spirit and don't agree with the lies of the enemy. Draw near to the Lord and spend time in the secret place, expectantly waiting on Him to reveal His plans and purposes. Submit to Him and the refining process.

Align your heart with His and listen to hear Him speak. Now is the time for activation and release of His ministers of fire! Take hold of the new assignments and positions that the Lord is giving you and step out with boldness, knowing He will equip you with everything you need. The Lord wants to use you to bring His love, glory and the power of His Spirit to the earth and He is enlarging your area of impact for Him!
Katie Barker lives on the Tweed Coast of New South Wales in Australia with her husband and four children. They attend King's Church on the Gold Coast where she is involved in prophetic ministry. Her heart is to encourage Believers into a deeper relationship with the Lord and see them walk in the fullness of their identity and inheritance in Christ. Her desire is to see Believers bring Heaven to earth and walk in the supernatural life.
