A sweet, charming, somewhat predictable, clean story. It has a good family feel to it even when things aren't perfect with the families. Both of the main characters are charming and there is also some good secondary people to the story. It kind of moved at a slow pace with more telling about what they were doing.. meals, shopping, rodeos. I realized after reading that although there were conversations between all of the people, including Tate and Kenzie, it sort of lacked depth. Maybe I'm wrong but it sure began to feel a lot about describing everyday routines. I'm not saying that we don't need that in a story but there were times when even the conversations seemed stilted and stiff.
