But if Daire ever figures out who her family really is, all bets are off...AMAZON 5 STARS

Action starts right out the gate on this one.  Lots of action with the bad, tough Enforcer getting his butt kicked by one tiny blonde beauty.  He never saw that coming.  *Smile.
Cee Cee saw herself as weak but boy that was so NOT the case.  Her strengths lay in other areas.  Daire brings out the wilder side to Cee Cee and at times it was downright scary to others.  She had spent so much time under the thumb of others just to survive.
Daire had a picture in his mind of the kind of woman he wanted when it came time for a more serious relationship.  Easy going, docile, "yes, I'll let you protect me" kind of woman.  Too bad he's attracted to a woman who is none of these things.  Well, at least not anymore.
Twists, turns, surprises and more action follow through out the book.  It definitely kept me interested and involved. I thought it was really creative.   There is also humor and a ton of sex in case you wondered about that.  I don't remember there being this much in some of the other books but maybe I just skimmed over some of it.
One thing I really appreciated in the book was that the demon nation was explained as simply another species.  It wasn't the heaven and hell kind of thing.  I was glad of that because I don't want to read books about ghosts or demons.
