BOOK REVIEW- HOLLYWOOD BRIDE

A Hollywood Bride (Ryder & Paige #2) (Billionaires' Brides of Convenience) by [Lee, Nadia]
Ryder Pryce-Reed. Billionaire. Hollywood superstar. The man every man wants to be. The man every woman wants to have.
I am about to become his bride...but only so he can claim his grandfather's legacy. The world is furious that he will belong to a working girl as ordinary as me.
Our deal was supposed to be simple. I marry him for a year; he ensures that my unborn child and I are taken care of.
But now everything's complicated. We can't keep our hands off each other. Enemies, both past and present, want to tear us apart. And...I'm in love with Ryder.
How do you keep a man everyone says isn't yours to keep?
Note: This installment of Ryder and Paige's story does NOT contain a cliffhanger ending.

I liked the book, having read book #1 of their story it was good to read the completion of it. There were some twists and turns to it and Both Ryder and Paige were interesting people. The story did begin to drag a bit in spots though. But I think it might have been because of the times they actions were juvenile, high school type ones. Like, not listening to each other, not answering phone calls or texts for DAYS. I understood some of the reasons but still, they are supposed to be adults. I guess people in love do stupid things especially when they don't even know right away that they ARE in love.

I did like the amusing turn of phrase that the author used and I'm going to give you a peek into one of my favorites. Ryder thinks, "Paige is a terrible liar. She wouldn't ask me for help if she was hiking through the Sahara with a thimbleful of water." There are a few more but I liked that it wasn't something that was overused.

By the way, nice job on the art for the kindle version of this book.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
