Book Review- Soundless

Book Review- Soundless -For as long as Fei can remember, there has been no sound in her village, where rocky terrain and frequent avalanches prevent residents from self-sustaining. Fei and her people are at the mercy of a zipline that carries food up the treacherous cliffs from Beiguo, a mysterious faraway kingdom.
When villagers begin to lose their sight, deliveries from the zipline shrink and many go hungry. Fei’s home, the people she loves, and her entire existence is plunged into crisis, under threat of darkness and starvation.
But soon Fei is awoken in the night by a searing noise, and sound becomes her weapon.
Richelle Mead takes readers on a triumphant journey from the peak of Fei’s jagged mountain village to the valley of Beiguo, where a startling truth and an unlikely romance will change her life forever....AMAZON

What a interesting plot for a story,  I liked the start of it and want to read more.  I'm looking forward to the next part of the story. This is the first time I have viewed a book, in sneak peek sections.  But I feel in love with the story, the main characters and the cover picture of the book.   I haven't read the whole book yet but what I have, just draws me in.   You can feel some of the emotions of hopelessness and in some cases the resignation to the way things are and have aways been.  Until...things begin to change for Fei.

I received a copy of this book via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
