Learn to see something in people that they can't see for themselves and speak to it. It doesn't matter whether someone is a Christian or a pre-Christian - nobody is safe from being blessed, right? Nobody is safe from being encouraged, so you become a massive encourager because you see things in people that they don't see for themselves.
