Great story, great characters. Really enjoyed Lane, Dylan and his little girl. Some really great secondary characters as well. There are mysteries going on. Yes, you heard me right, I said "mysteries" with an "s". Several are going on and will after a time be solved. Even though there were quite a few pages to it, it never felt heavy or bogged down to me. The romance between Dylan and Lane was well done, and the sexual tension and the friendship was done well too. There were a few things in the story that were a surprise to me, which is how I like to read a book, where it can surprise me. I thinks that's called a good twist and turn. I got one towards the end and enjoyed every minute of it. I don't think I've read anything by this author before but I will again.
