Rejoicing is engagement. It's where we encounter His presence. We choose the place where we engage. We choose to not allow the external to affect us internally. We are allowing who we are in our inner man to affect how we perceive life and how we do life so that means we can contest our circumstances joyfully with a smile on our face, with a sense of joy and wonder and anticipation.
