When you discern something in the spirit operating against you and don't deal with it because it's inconvenient, you allow it to feed on your complacency and gain more ground in your life, family, business, ministry, etc. If you wait long enough to allow the assignment to gain a stronghold before rising up to lay the axe to the root, you'll often see manifestations much darker than you even discerned.
