Symptoms of Mental Fatigue

 
Symptoms of Mental Fatigue:

~tendency to blame others for your mistakes.
~avoiding exercise.
~chronic procrastion.
~feeling sorry for yourself.
~eating extremes- gluttony or starvation.
~working too long on one particular task.
~using poor grammar or inadquate word choices.
~repeating self in conversation.
~overindependence on trite sayings or cliches.

My note- of course we also realize other things can be in effect about some of these things.
But an interesting thought or two about Mental Fatigue.
I probably would add- there can be temporary personality changes.
Quicker to anger too.
