The Bible is the absolute, final authority in this life. It is just as much a manifestation of God in this earth as the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. When you get that down into your heart, you will never be a failure again. The Word “by his stripes ye were healed” (1 Peter 2:24) is unchanging. Any symptoms you have are changeable.
