Thea Rockledge has a secret life as a successful writer with most of her money going to pay off her brother's gambling debts.  When Shay Buchanan finds Thea and when he finds out that her brother had planned to sell her off in marriage, they marry instead. Doesn't mean that things will go well at first because there are nightmares, lots of emotions and some unexpected things. There is descriptive sex.
