BOOK REVIEW- Those Violet Eyes by Jean L. Kuhnke

1887 At her mother's death bed, eighteen year old Grace learns the truth about her father and why he hated her. With her mother gone, Grace and little brother Andrew were in grave danger. With the help of her mother's friends, they are whisked off to a Montana Ranch where they hope to start a new life. Bounty hunters are dispatched and their nightmare begins again.   AMAZON 3 STARS

The story had potential but so  many times the story felt stilted and often choppy.   The main characters were good but often their "thoughts" blended from one to the other so swiftly that it took a minute to get my balance.  I think that was were some of the choppiness came from.
There were pretty good secondary people in the story as well.  And although Grace and her brother (Drew) had several enemies they also had MORE people trying to help them.
There was a time or two when I thought the story got a little bit improbable.   But then I also shook my head a time or two when Grace did something stupid even though she knew there was danger out there.
It was a story that was fast to read and has a H.E.A. for several people.
I did enjoy the influences of faith and God in the story.
