BOOK REVIEW- WHEN DAY BREAKS

I liked both of the main characters and the storyline was unusual. That's what drew my attention to it. There were good twists and turns, which was good. But some of the repeated themes kind of dragged the story down. Although I understand how hard it must be to face what “Swanny" did with his facial scar, it was repeated over and over as was how perfect Eden was. What helped me like it a bit more was the family on both sides for Swanny and Eden. Eden's father and two brothers and Swanny's Kelly Group International (KGI) family.
I hard a really hard time connecting to Swanson because of that weird nickname, “Swanny”.
I was a bit disappointed by this book but I'm still open to read others by this author.
