THE BRIDE IS....
Getting ready!
One of the things that's bothered me lately is the question "Lord, am I getting too much involved with the affaires and cares of this life?" Is politics, current events, economics, business growth...are these "earthly" matters?
I sense the Lord saying, these matters are not an earthly care or distraction IF they are part of your calling or assignment. If you are an intercessor you need to be informed. If you are a person charged with cultural advances for the kingdom you cannot afford to be ignorant of what is happening in your field.
The secret is the "secret place." Learn to take the days information into a place of heavenly communion where you can drop the weight and give your burden to God. Then thank Him for wisdom and courage and patience to do "exploits" and to see His kingdom come and will be done in the area of your assignment.
In this way the bride "made herself ready" for the bridegroom, without having to check out and be disconnected from the front lines of the warfare that makes her "terrible as an army with banners." The Spirit and the Bride are one with the Lord returning with the armies of heaven.
You can have your heavenly wedding cake and eat it too, if you do it right.
