BOOK REVIEW- TIMELAPSE

Cover image
One day Alex Morgan was going about his daily life, grind though it was.  Facing each day grieving the wife he lost; but enjoying the one joy of his life, his four year old son, Jack.   When he goes to his office late one night to clean up after a break in,  his whole world explodes.  He's just a lowly American History Professor and all of a sudden he's thrown into a nightmare that he'd better figure out.  Fast!  Now in a world that makes no sense he meets Jessie, a young freedom fighter. Together they must fight to put history back to normal. If they can.

This story came right out of the gate with action.  I have to admit as the story progressed, I was right along side of Alex as he tried to figure out what the heck was going on.  The author did a good job of just drawing you in by the mystery and caring about the MC's in the story.  It's a grim world that Alex has been pulled into and I'm not going to spoil it by saying too much about it. You really have to let the author set the atmosphere of it as you read it as it was written. I started out thinking, "I like this story".  And as I got towards the epilogue, I ended up thinking, " I REALLY like this story."  And found myself smiling.

“I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review”.
