BOOK REVIEW- DRACULAVILLE 1

Talia is one Type A "Plus" personality when it comes to her work.  She pours everything into it to make her way to the top of her field.  Her nickname is "Tiger" and she's earned it.  Even as tough as she is she has two friends who think the world of her, they understand her.  One is her assistant,  Felix and Gerri, a non-work friend.  She ends up saving Drake, a new vampire and comes up with an idea to use his help for a new ad campaign for Romania.  Draculaville, a theme park like no other.  What could possibly go wrong?

I liked the toughness of Talia that hides the tender heart underneath.  And Drake is as sweet as he is alluring. The attraction between Talia and Drake is quite the mixture of sweetness, strength AND resistance; mainly on her part. There is a lot of fun with what are vampire truths and what are myths.  The author came up with an interesting way for us to find out that garlic is not harmful to vampires, at least in this story.  I loved Talia's friends, too bad I can't borrow them.  This story was full of twists and turns and I could hardly guess what was going to happen next.  Talia had such a strength no matter what jam she found herself in.  Made me root for her and want her to get her HEA, all the same time wondering what that would look like.  I still don't know because this is Book #1 and the story continues on to the next book.  Now normally I like all my story in one book, but I knew this was Book One in a series.  But because I liked the characters so much I'm kind of leaning towards getting the next one.

"I received this book free in exchange for an honest review."
