BOOK REVIEW-BLUE ABYSS

Nightmares have been Marina's life for so many years. Dark, evil monster's AND a unknown man who needs her.  Now for the last two years the obsession has esculated and consumes her not only during the night but in the day too. Its gotten so much worse.  He's calling to her, she doesn't understand but she HAS to find him.  Raiden is that unknown man but he is also alien to everything of this earth.  He holds so many dark secrets, just the sort that could get a lot of people killed, painfully.

I liked this story, having read the series slightly out of order though.   I read  "Red Night Book 1", first and liked it.  Now I really want to read Book 2 in the Series.  But back to Blue Abyss, I liked the main characters and the secondary ones as well.  I wanted to slap Raiden a few times in the head for what he put Marina through when it came to their attraction.  But hey, being a man although an alien one, he just didn't get it.  Especially when it came to how powerful  Marina's abilities are and that they NEED each other.  He was just trying to protect her from himself.  Typical, right?   I love the unusualness of the skills that she was given, she developed into quite the Timewalker.  Also the Timewalker Mark was an intriguing idea to me.  There is a fair amount of going back and forth in time for certain events that some might find a little difficult to keep up with.   You just aren't going to zoom through the story really fast, you need to pay attention.  So I say, just sit back and enjoy the story anyway.

P.S. For those that want to know, yes there are several sex scenes written into the story.

"I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review."
