Bellamy Sullivan’s life is hardly regal. She’s a waitress from Ohio who’s been on her own since she was sixteen, working several jobs while her dreams of being a fashion designer stay just that. But everything changes when PR maven and soon-to-be-royal Lemon Beauchamp drops in to announce that Bellamy is a princess. Unfortunately, Bellamy’s newly assigned bodyguard is the last man she wants to see.
A year ago, the royal family of Monterra tasked Enzo Rannalli with confirming Bellamy’s heritage, which meant he had to get very close to her. Enzo got the confirmation he needed, but he didn’t expect their connection to be so meaningful. And he didn’t expect his sudden departure to break the young princess’s heart.
In exchange for a once-in-a-lifetime chance to kick-start her fashion career, Bellamy agrees to star on a royal reality show that will match her with the world’s most eligible bachelors. But after a series of disastrous dates make her even more grateful for Enzo’s company, she wonders if her fairy-tale ending is waiting to happen off camera.  AMAZON  3 STARS

This was a charming, quick story with interesting main characters.  Bellamy was definitely tossed in over her head when she learns more about her royal parentage.  Here she is a regular, struggling girl, a princess.  It had a tiny bit of the Princess Diaries tinge to it but of course with the twist of  more problems of the more updated influence of reality TV of our modern times. And some other surprises as well.

Enzo remains somewhat of a mystery at first, although it's often clear that he is trying to be honorable as he can be.  Yes, there is a zing of attraction between them but it has to take a backseat for a while.

Lemon is another person in the story, who has been really busy pulling things together.  Things like royal reality show, and a possible way for Bellamy to pursue her dreams when it comes to being a fashion designer.  She has also been busy in other areas but it doesn't become clear until later what some of that way. And also there is the question of what are her real goals?  And will they benefit just her and maybe Monterra?  Is she on Bellamay's side or not?

There will be a H.E.A. but of course, there will be some misunderstandings before they get there.

On a different note, this is the first book that I have read as a Kindle in Motion. It's kind of brand new for me so I'm not sure if I liked it or not.  I will say that I did think that it was pretty well done.  I could read the lips of both Bellamy and Enzo when they appeared on screen.  It didn't feel cheesy or overdone.  You know like people can pantomime in such a way that you cringe?  I didn't feel that way about it.  The words they were saying did appear under them too.  I also liked the fact that you had the option to turn that part off if you wanted to.
