AMAZON 4.5 STARS

I enjoyed every minute of this one.  Lillian/Lily and the Mad Duke/Devon were both interesting people and there were quite a few funny moments in the story.  There was also some heated intimate times as well.
The Mad Duke really isn't mad, he just refuses to be forced into society's demands and they don't like it one bit.  He couldn't care less about their opinions.  Some of his "pranks" are part of his getting even with what he sees as the useless people of that society.  His reasons are even deeper than that although he didn't realize all of that at first.
I liked how he interacted with his mother and sister.  His mother was always upsetting his household when she visited but he loved her just the same.  His sister is someone who he often has teasing banter with.

Lillian is caught between a rock and a hard place.  She has sacrificed so much of her life to her family and now she's being "sold" to anyone who can benefit her brothers.  Especially her brother Solomon sees her as a bargaining chip to benefit his business.  Otherwise he could care less for her.
I liked how in the final outcome, the "evil" ones get what they deserve but definitely NOT what they want.  It made for some surprising twists.
