BOOK REVIEW- FURIOUS

Faith McMann was a surprising character, who went from a normal everyday wife and mother to a ruthless fighter.  Because she had to, for her kids and justice for her beloved dead husband Craig.  With no clues to help at first, she begins to suspect everyone.   No one is exempt from her suspect list.  Beth, Faith's neighbor turned out to be someone with surprising depths.  She turns up only a few times in the story but she was also on Faith's first list of suspects.  

I agree with another reviewer on Amazon who said-  "This book is not for everyone. The subject of sex trafficking, specifically children, is the main focus of this novel. If you have trouble reading books that contain the abuse, rape, sexual abuse, and neglect of children, then this book is definitely not for you. There were moments I found myself cringing and had to put down the book to take a deep breath."  Well, put..those were my feelings exactly.. this book was hard for me to read.  I had to take many breaks from the story because  it was so gritty, realistic.  I think its also accurate to say that it was really well written even though it was a tough subject.  There were twists, turns, surprises and interesting people.  Beast, Rage and even child victim "Miranda" too.  Faith's family members were really there for her too, even during her meltdowns.

 OK, since were being honest here, I wasn't happy when I found out that this was a story with a cliffhanger.   But then again I guess I didn't really do my homework on this book as much as I should have.  
Am I sorry that I read it?  No.
