BOOK REVIEW- CRAZY FOR HER by Sandra Owens

Crazy for Her (A K2 Team Novel Book 1) by [Owens, Sandra]
When his best friend and fellow Navy SEAL, Evan Prescott, died in his arms on the battlefield, Logan Kincaid gave his word to watch over Evan’s widow. But for two years he kept his distance…torn between honoring his solemn vow and succumbing to his secret love for his fallen comrade’s wife. But when Dani Prescott desperately reaches out to Logan for the help only he can give, he rushes to her side—determined to fight for her safety as fiercely as he fights against his own buried desire.
Someone claiming to be her husband is stalking Dani and her infant daughter, making them virtually prisoners in their remote country home. Logan’s elite military training and high-risk security expertise have outmatched more dangerous enemies. But the real challenge will be the burning temptation that threatens to overcome Logan whenever Dani is near…especially when she reveals her own hidden passion.  AMAZON  4.5 STARS

I really enjoyed this book.  The main characters were really good and even Dani's daughter, Regan had her  moments.  Logan was such an honorable man with such a horrible childhood.   He spent part of that childhood trying to make sure his sister Maria had food to eat and was safe.   Because nothing in that childhood was safe except when another person  later stepped up, Mrs. Jankowski.

The emotions came through really well when it came to both Logan and Dani.  And I liked how the  Logan's Team pulled together.

This book had some secrets that I didn't see coming and also some twists that added to the story. I've read a few books with Seals and ex-Seals being tough and loyal but Logan was even a bit different than them.  Some of that has to do with some of those surprises I was talking about.   But there are a few other ones too.

I liked the hint of attraction between Maria and "Romeo" and I see they have their own book.  The next one in the series and it's one I'm interested in reading too.  "Someone Like Her" is the name of that book.

I liked how the book ended, although there will be some more tears along the way.  But there is also that H.E.A. that I look for.
