MY REVIEW- (5tars) Title: Is Love possible?
Get ready for emotional action ! Kensley has a HUGE chip on her shoulder, And her biggest one is again Noah ! With her father, The Mayor coming in at a close second ! Her brother Kevin is dead and no one but her seems to care !!! And Noah, was alive. It just wasn't fair ! Her plate is full of losses and add that to her cheating ex-fiance Eric. She was SO over him but he needed her. She saw him clearly now. What she DIDN'T need was to come face to face with Noah Kirby sitting in a chair surprising her in clinic as she was getting ready to leave ! It made for a very emotional, rough start first physical meeting ! It gets even more interesting from there. And yes, there will be some hot scenes between the two of them later in the book. It's just so hard to resist each other. But that darn Kensley will try ! By Chapter 3, we begin to "see" into Kensley's thoughts. Interesting? Yes.
Noah was such a great guy, carrying so much guilt about his buddy and friend Kevin's death ! I totally loved Noah and his bada$$ way. A bad boy with a tender heart towards people. He helped people everywhere he went. How could he not fall for Kensley !
Her friend Tori adds some fun to her life until Kensley gets into some trouble while in a bar with her.
There's also danger out there that they don't see coming . Tobias, is visiting his former team mate Noah when it hits the fan. And added in is the adorable "puppy" Bear who is aptly named.
Dramatic ending with a great Epilogue !

Jasper Harrington was so cold and aloof. He really DIDN'T want to be forced to get married !!! How dare his father put this deal together without even talking to him! His mother and father were quite the odd ducks. His father cold, forceful and demanding. He showed not one ounce of affection or appreciation towards his son. His mother was this mouse or never raised an objection to her husband's demands. Jason knew theirs was not a love match. Totally turned him off of arranged marriages but it seems like he has no choice.
Evangeline Fairfax was a beautiful young woman who was kind, incredibly smart and talented and also VERY resentful of being forced to wed like she's just to a commodity to be sold off. Oh, she knows her father loves her in his own way and knows how smart she is with the books of the business. At 12 years old, she got caught correcting his books and while furious at first, soon saw the wisdom of letting her have at it. He still looked to other MEN when it came to the business part but he will come to rue that decision.
Many things are about to hit the fan as well as a unexpected affection between Jasper and Evangeline. The families have a clever, secretive enemy who is enraged by their business successes and the emerging affection between the couple. He will stop at nothing to put a stop to the Harrington and Fairfax families !! Things get really intense as do the dangers.
I really enjoyed this book and how everything ended up especially with the Epilogues !!!

Sir Savage is actually a somewhat grumpy Gentleman Savage off the ice. Who is also Burgess Abraham with a spunky, kind of conflicted daughter Lissa, that he just doesn't understand how to relate to her. Tallulah can help him a lot with that. If he can just stop offending and scaring her because of his size and gruff manner. There's a legitimate reason for Tallulah's fear of me, which will come out later and is totally understandable. But it's not going to be an easy road for Burgess, especially with Tallulah, who falls for at first sight !!!n Poor guy. It does lead to some pretty funny moments and hilarious comments too ! But he's determined to win her heart ! There's quite a few tender times as well !! Great characters !
Sig and Chloe are in this book and they are such hoot; complete opposites that I hope get together. The attraction is there but Chloe is going to be Sig's step-sister and he sees that as a problem. And at the moment, Chloe sees Sig as A Big Problem. "Dream Girl Drama" is the name of their book.
I read "Fangirl Down" by Tessa Baily, first and I loved that golfing couple. They are in this book too. But I just might love this book even MORE !
I read this book thru the Hoopla Library App and was so glad that I did. I plan on reading more of this series and this author.

MY REVIEW- 5 STARS TITLED: LOVE & PAIN & A HAPPY ENDING
WOW, the introduction information got me from the start and I just had to read this book !! What a great premise ! I do have to admit that I got confused a bit in the beginning because the time line between when Lizzie was taken and when it looked like she might have been found after almost 10 years. It took a bit but then it became really clear and I really got into their stories. Cal has his point of view. Hannah is a darling child. Hannah's mother definitely was a cold fish, looking out for herself only. She caused a lot of damage to others. Elle/Dani suffered the most as a teenager under her watch in the group home that Meghan ran. She stole ten years of Dani's life with her cruelty. But, oh there is some long awaited comeuppance coming her way. Her father Vincent was quick the delightful surprise. Elle's best friend, Tina seems to think so too. She in a hate/attraction with Cal's brother Nate and he feels the same. Leads to some interesting, funny sparks!
Cal's family brought pretty of surprises. Ones that made me both cry and smile. Lizzie is now Beth Calhoun, adopted by Cal's parents in a closed adoption. You can imagine the pain that caused when Elle/Dani finds out that truth.
It's a great story with a beautiful Epilogue! The title of this eBook made total sense as I read the story and brought tears and smiles to my face. Great eBook cover as well !

MY REVIEW-5 Stars titled: Isla & Nina MacLeod. Charming.
I loved both Isla and Nina, they were both wonderful characters. And I would like to read more about Isla because although they were cousins; Nina kind of took over the story with, a new "friend" Grant Anderson. Isla was highly suspicious of Grant, fearing he would break Nina's heart. She tried to warn Nina off because she recognized him as the handsome, con man, the gentleman thief, Arsene Lupin, Great story between Grant and Nina.
Moira was also in the story and she was the peacekeeper, voice of reason and wisdom in the story.
Isla had problems of her own when it came to men. Her ex, who she's dubbed Heartless Harrison dumped her. He was definitely a confidence killer for Isla. He called her, "the boring small town girl". Good riddance ! I loved that Isla tastes books, when she picks one up. She can immediately tell if its for real or not. Her golden spaniel, Shakespeare aka Shakes was adorable and a big help with his snooping around.
It also led me to some questions as I read. Is Edris bad? What about Grant what are his true motives? What's going on with Grant and Angus?
Just to let you know there was humor in this book as well. Some funny times.
Great surprise with a nice Epilogue leading up to another book, " Secrets in the Mist Book 1 of the Lochraven Romantic Series on Amazon. Looks like a man Finlay has entered Isla's life.

5 Stars. Gracen Whithrop is one smart gal. And she's so rude to Bodie King and had me laughing all the time !!! By the way I loved the inventive name of Gracen.
Bodie was so over his head and five steps behind Gracen from day 1. She recognized him as a con man and wasn't about to give him an inch. His male assistant, kept telling him to come clean about who he really is but he refuses. Uh oh, that's gonna bite him in the butt for sure !!
This is definitely a story I will be re-reading again !

Things about to hit the fan for Tom both personally & professonally because if his affair with a married woman.
The next character that's introduced us Jakub Kowalczk. And I began to wonder how all these people were connected. There is a 3 young men ring of thieves terrorizing the neighborhood and their getting more violent each time. Really violent.
And the stories just kept getting exciting!

MY REVIEW RATED 5 STARS Titled: Zara & Dane, an unlikely pair
Dane, what a guy. So misunderstood and in so many ways so good. He's always felt protective of Zara and knows that his hands are bloody. He tells her he's not a good guy, way below her in status.He's loved her for YEARS and had to stand by as she grew up and while she flirted with and "dated" other guys. They never lasted long but it hurt Dane just the same. And he stood and pretended that it didn't. Stone faced.
Zara, is such a softy and her twin is not to be trusted. Dane calls her twin, "The Evil Twin". He's seen the evil one, physically hurt Zara before. But there's even more to that too. Another secret. I loved both Dane and Zara and was pulling for them to be together ! But, it's not going to be easy and it's not going to be fast. But clever, clever Zara has a plan ! I admired her chutzpah ! And, it also began to scary a couple of people, which made me laugh !
And her father Adam, has ALL kinds of family secrets. Never fear. They do get exposed. Some people WILL die ! But it won't be the good guys !
By the way,I loved this cover and it drew my attention right away !

Murder in a small town-
My first introduction to Candice and Chowder was in the book," MURDER MADE OFFICIAL". Candice and her nosy dog, Chowder worked so well together and I loved them so much that I just had to read more. It was such a thrill to be able to read more about them and murder in their small but delightful town.
These "extras" all in one book felt like a bonus and I'm glad that I got it !

I enjoyed this story that's fast moving right from the very beginning. And I loved the characters in the book ! They were definitely interesting and multi-layered as was the dangers. And the romance was good too !
Matteo Morello is he really the savior in the story? He's definitely handsome and compelling.
Gianna Rossi doesn't really understand the real DANGERS that she's in. At least, not at first. My favorite phrase is when she is stunned and says, " How do you know my name?" Luca, her son is caught in the middle of everything. I really got caught up in the intense story pretty quickly and could hardly wait to find out the traitor in Matteo's midst! Is there more than one?
It has a great ending. Or is it?

I watched Season one, Murder in the Dark Part 1, through the Hoopla app. A great start to the series. Mattie Stone (Matilda) is the main character and I really liked her.
Aunt Beth seems to the be the tamer of the aunts. She's a writer and involved in the possible winners panel.Aunt CAN'T cook.
Matilda's mom is missing, with no clue what happened to her.
Police Constable Terry has a crush on Matilda, who doesn't notice.
She does notice Dr. Lynch, a young handsome man who is the local GP and resident pathologist. He notices her too !
Ienjoyed it a lot and it had a great narrator and a few good special effects.
Aunt Beth seems to the be the tamer of the aunts. She's a writer and involved in the possible winners panel.Aunt CAN'T cook.

5 STAR REVIEW TITLE: Sweet, Confused Engaging couple
Yes, they were a Sweet, Confused, Engaging couple. And I adored them ! There was a sweet moment when Caleb gives Jane a puppy named Scamp. Then he runs off on her, again ! She thinks she's ugly and dull. After all, people have been telling her that for years. And that doesn't help her self esteem much. Sigh. Dummy, Caleb doesn't know how to love or even really talk to Jane. But he's begun to wish that he could as he begins to see the beauty and true value of Jane that others have missed !
A really good Epilogue is added and I was glad that it was. The story might have been shorter but it was well worth my time.

MY 5 Star REVIEW- I never laughed so hard while reading a book ever before !
I read this book through the HOOPLA app for free. The author does get paid from my Library, a small fee for me reading their book ! I'm so glad I got it..it was Hilarious !
Also charming with MANY great supporting people in the story and I do mean supporting, lol ! Just too many to list in my review. Needless to say, I know have to order the book, so that I can re-read it and laugh, time after time ! Delicious ! I hate bullies and I love delicious romances. It's not all vengeance but also a sweet romance that develops.
And the "nasties" are 3 entitled, titled young men and 3 nasty, entitled young women who should have know better. But they all will by the end of THIS season ! The six of them should have stopped when they could have, but they just didn't learn. Not until they were PUBLICLY outed at the end of the book !
The Epilogue was wonderful and filled with everything that I could have hoped for.

I'm happy that it's years of teaching compiled in one easy to read eBook. I've been wanting to read more of his teachings for years and only had a book or two, I just never got around to getting more.

my review notes- Title of Review- SUPREMELY Good
Alex was the best. And at the first part of the story, the jury was still out on just what kind of guy that "The Guy" was. Nicely played though.
Tragedy about her sister, Zoe and what they BOTH went through. Zoe got the most attention because of her health but no one seemed to get that Alex needed help too. Thus, leading her to "The Farm"/spy school. And then really ramp up from there.
There will be some flashbacks of before and after being a spy, but done so smoothly it had an easy to follow flow. Alex was hilarious in her sass and I adored her for it and the sass between her and The Guy. It's later revealed who and what he's about. He's methodical and often appears cold and brash. Alex was the exact OPPOSITE. She's beautiful, memorable, bold and fearless. Everything a spy ISN'T supposed to be. There's no fading in the background for her. She makes it work for her. Until suddenly doesn't.
None stop intrigue and action, and laughter kept me on the edge of my seat. Along with some sadness on Alex's account because she's just that great! Only a few people seem to see the real her ! It didn't take long for me to be rooting for them to make it out alive and hopefully together !
The story comes to an explosive end with a great, funny surprise at the end. I will definitely be reading this book again. To laugh, to smirk to even shed a few tears and to laugh again at the end.
