I loved it, BOTH of the stories did it for me.
Great main characters, plenty of emotion and struggle with love.  Pretty much all of them were terrified of that "L" word.  Just getting together and sleeping together was one thing but that was lust right not love?  So yes, there will be sex in the story but also some serious running from anything really long-term.  Of course they can run but they can't hide from it at the end.
I really enjoyed the humor that often cropped up in both stories.  And the girl friendships that developed between the three women (Taylor, Suzanne and Nichole) was fun and funny.  Their vow of single-hood was charming in it's firm belief that it was really going to stay that way.
Did I like how the stories in the two books ended?  Oh yes, I did.
I enjoyed Taylor and the pain that was hinted at in these books.  But of course, she gets her own story which I am so on board about reading.   That would be the book titled, "MESSING WITH MAC"
