God wants to promote women in the Kingdom of God this year. In fact, here's a prophetic word: More women will receive both actual and spiritual promotions than any year in recent history.
God's heart is completely FOR women. If you don't believe me, read Joel 2 and Acts 2, where both men AND women had the Spirit poured out on them and prophesied.
