What is soaking? 

It is sitting in the presence of God. How do you do it? Turn on some worship music, focus your heart and attention upon the Lord and invite the presence of the Holy Spirit. Invite the Lord to come and heal the deep places in your soul and then thank and continue to worship Him! If you fall asleep that's ok, God is healing your soul! Trust Him to do what only HE can do!!
