David Goggins has quite the mental strength that he developed for himself. I liked what he said about he had to conquer himself. (He was on the T.V. show of Pickler and Ben today) I also went to one of the links on David's site https://davidgoggins.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/01-2019-Outsider-Goggins.pdf There were 2 statements that went off like a rocket to me especially the first one: " I believe that in order to find peace, you must be willing to go to war with yourself." "My mind was shackling me.”
